Can I switch or cancel my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancel anytime from your billing page — your clips stay available until your plan ends.
What happens to my videos if I cancel?
Your clips remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation. After that they enter the Free-tier rules: 5-minute videos under 2 GB stay; longer/larger ones are queued for deletion with a 7-day warning email.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — full refunds within 14 days of any purchase, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and direct debit (SEPA, ACH) in supported regions. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — they handle local taxes and currency.
How does Team billing work?
Team starts at 2 seats at $12/seat/month ($24 total). You can add or remove seats anytime from your billing portal; charges prorate.
Do you sell to non-profits / students?
